What has been your camera progression over the years?

As a long-time photographer, I made the transition over from film to digital was a slow process. At least staying with the same manufacturer, I was able to continue the majority of the same lenses and accessories. While making this move from a film body to a digital body, I've also upgraded digital bodies starting with a Nikon D100 up to a D300.

Seems to be a never ended saga.

I started my camera career with dad's Olympis OM10. I used that for about a year, just sort of played around. I don't even remember the lenses. I think one was a 50mm prime. Didn't touch a camera for at least 5 years until I got my Nikon N6006. I took a lot of hockey pictures with that body and a Tamron 200-500. A few years down the road I got the D50. In April of last year I traded up to the D300. What I need now is some better glass.

Years and years ago, I used my dads Canon AE-1......I took a class with it... and then like some stupid spaz, I quit using it after the class was done. fast forward to a little over a year ago. I got a Canon rebel xs, which was a great little camera. That got traded for a Nikon D2H which sadly died (that thing was stupid fast!!!) after now am using a Canon 50D. Lesson learned, I should have never stopped shooting. But Am moving forward!
